Tic Tac Toes Daycare Centers are family owned by Aaron (AJ) & Jessica Hines. Jessica ran in home care for over 10 years with a dream of opening her own center. AJ & Jess met through her childcare and bonded over their love for their children. Their blended family is the center of their world and quite a busy one with a total of 5 perfect children.

In January 2023 AJ & Jess opened the Brewerton Rd location and Tiny Toes followed in September 2024. Director of TTT (Tic Tac Toes), Nicole Bushnell, has been by their side during each and every step. AJ, Jess & Nicole pride themselves on being in the classrooms assisting teachers and building relationships with each and every child. AJ, Jess & Nicole are always available via phone, text or email for either location offering parents peace of mind knowing they have direct contact to upper management.

Transparency and communication are extremely important to us. We know each and every parent along with each and every child. Keeping our centers under 55 children makes this possible. We prefer having the ability to greet the majority of parents daily and say good-bye to most at the end of the night. Our centers are filled with passion and love filled with kind, experienced, intelligent and caring teachers.
